Walgreens Starbucks Frappuccino RR issue

Has anyone had trouble getting the RR this week for buying just the Starbucks Frappuccino (not the Starbucks ice cream)? I bought 2 packs for $10 and the $2 RR wouldn't print. For anyone it did print for, can you tell me what company it says on the RR? Is it Starbucks or a different company name? I'm trying to figure if it was just an issue at my store or more widespread.

did u buy anything else? it's my understanding u must buy $15 dollars worth of starbucks products to get $5 back.

Thanks for the info. There should have been no reason my RR didn't print then. I used a $3 Colgate RR and a $2 Carefree coupon to pay, neither of them should have cancelled the Starbucks RR. My friend bought the Starbucks, Reeses and Glade candles, used the same RRs I did and also didnt get the Starbucks RR but got the others. I may try it again at another store.

I just had the worst experience at Walgreens with Starbucks Ice Cream. They all rang up $3 but the RR did not print. Manager tells me it is because I used coupons, so he rings them all up again with out using coupons and RR still does NOT print. Than he goes to his office and his back within a min and tells me (get this now) Oh there is a state law in Louisiana that will not allow us to give back RR on Dairy Products !!!! I ask why is it even in the ad or you should have a sign hanging up explaning this bogus Law. So I ask him your theory about the coupons was wrong do you just pull these reasons out of your ying yang and think customers will beleive you...
So after he explains this so called law to me 5 different ways I just say give me back my coupons. Long story short drive to a different Walgreens Ice Cream rings up $3 RR does not print But Manager on duty is super nice and gives me $5............

Wow! I thought I was the only one getiing dumb answers from the cashiers and managers reg the RR's and q's. I haved problems @ 4 different wags and each one has a bogus rule that they come up with. last night i was told one and I asked the manager when did that take effect?, he answers about 3 months ago . I reply: "weird, I didn't have a problem the other day" he just stayed silent. Tell me why aren't all wags on the same page? :shrug7:

I got the "coupon" response last night went I bought 3 packs of the drinks at $5 each and used coupons....only got 2 RR instead of 5.


silly WAG managers....we've had all the BS we need, thanks anyway.

There are 3 states the RR for the ice cream isn't printing in.... It has something to do with dairy laws. I can't remember for sure all 3 states, but I think Tennessee is one of them.......grrr sorry can't remember the other 2
