Walgreens RR Carefree not printing for me

I did two Wags today, Carefree at both and no RR. Didn't notice til I got how. Any help as to what to do? Also, I bought Reach toothbrush and Floss and only received one RR. I can see two like items but one was floss and one the toothbrush!!

you can call the catalina company, after 48 hours, it takes that long for the reciept information to hit their systems.
On the reach..........did you buy the floss and toothbrush in one transaction? if so that is why you only got one RR.

it is better to notice when at the store, because you can show them the circular and ask where your RR is. They will either hand you the cash (they have done that for me sometimes), a gift card, try to scan them at another register with another cat machine or a form to mail to the Catalina company.

I know, when we are busy, it is easier for me to tell you what you SHOULD have done. We all make mistakes. It is how we learn.

Call the cat company.

Next time, don't leave until you have your cats.

On Sunday, neither the carefree nor the colgate toothbrush RRs printed for me. The manager did it manually, somehow.

The Carefree printed for me ok on Monday?? Regarding the Reach floos/toothbrush....OP, you would have only received one RR since the items you bought were from the same promotion.

Hello, has anyone been told that you can not get a RR if you use a MQ coupon and a RR coupon to pay for the item?
I went in a picked up the Glad air freshening item for 5.99 and should have gotten back 5.00 RR, but I didn't get one, cashier told me it was cause I paid with a 4.00 mq and a RR from another sale and not the same item. so I did not get to use my 5.00 RR coupon on the sale. I had other items as well. I was told that with the 4.00 mq that I was getting to cheap anyway and that's why it did not print out the RR. anyone have a answer to this for me,PLEASE.
my understanding is It should not make a different how I pay for the item to get the RR as long as my RR that i am using to pay, is not from the same item I am trying to buy.

\Your cashier was making up fairy stories. In your shoes I would NOT have settled for this .....horse poop. I would have sent for a mgr and either INSISTED I get some restitution for the missing RR or he could just void the sale and give me back all my $/RR/Coupons. Generally they either figure out a way to make the RR print (thier issue, NOT mine) or give me a WAG gift card.

Once you leave the store it is TOO late to do anything. I have read horror stories here & on other sites about how long, how many calls and how many emails to catalina it can/often takes to get the RR. i do NOT have the time to play that game and will NOT.

The promo is for a $2 RR for the $5.99 air freshener products. Did you get a $2 one?
Also, you can contact Catalina Marketing after 48 hours and give them info from your receipt and they can mail it to you if it didn't print and you have the correct item(s).

Better advice for a newer couponer would be to learn the store's policies and have a written game plan + back up options for the transaction(s) that you plan to make. Getting upset and demanding anything is not the way to "play the game" and will only make one quite miserable. This is a "game" that is a win-win practically every time, once you can figure out how things work. Walgreens allows their store managers to make the coupon "policy" or rules for their particular store. Do we like that? No. Do we have to deal with it and adjust? Yes!
So, Canth, please don't go into the store making demands. Sometimes the Catalina machine that prints the RR is out of paper, has a paper jam, or we (including myself once or twice) pick up the wrong item. Don't let it steal your joy!

My RRs would not print for my Carefree any time I would do it. The manager at my Walgreens is just delightful. After my transaction, I know how many RRs are supposed to print and for which deal, and just let them know while I'm there if I didn't get one. I'm extremely pleasant about it. She has me pull out the Carefree, and gets it to print manually. She tells me it's because of ALL MY COUPONS. Then she'll say, "how much did you save today?" She's a hoot. It's always better to be cordial, what's the saying, "catch more flies with honey."
