Walgreens RR Carefree not printing for me

My carefree printed but NOT my softsoap body wash, bandaid and true north nut crisps RR printed. so sad! The cashier told me it's because of my Gariner and GC. She don't like me much.

What time did you check out? If it was really early, then maybe it was before the new RRs started printing for the week.

I have had no problems with the carefree. I make sure I get the new one ultra 16 pk and I get a 2 rr everytime. The only thing I've had trouble getting to print is the comptrex. This would be great if it printed because you get a 4 rr and they are 6.49 and there's a healthy savings coupon for 2.00 but I tried 3 times twice with bonus packs then with a regular but the manager gave me cash but I would rather have the rr's.

this got me confused, isn't cash better than RRs? cash don't expire, no fillers needed when you pay with it but RRs have lots of restrictions :hectic1: store credit is also better than RR for me because I'm not pressured to use it immediately and don't require fillers, too.

Hello, has anyone been told that you can not get a RR if you use a MQ coupon and a RR coupon to pay for the item?
I went in a picked up the Glad air freshening item for 5.99 and should have gotten back 5.00 RR, but I didn't get one, cashier told me it was cause I paid with a 4.00 mq and a RR from another sale and not the same item. so I did not get to use my 5.00 RR coupon on the sale. I had other items as well. I was told that with the 4.00 mq that I was getting to cheap anyway and that's why it did not print out the RR. anyone have a answer to this for me,PLEASE.
my understanding is It should not make a different how I pay for the item to get the RR as long as my RR that i am using to pay, is not from the same item I am trying to buy.

Whenever they tell me this or they also like to say because the total came out to zero (and I'm using the RR's/MQ correctly - as in not rolling ex. true north on true north), I ask the manager or employee if we can re-ring this transaction at another register where they have seen the catalina machine work today/a few minutes ago, etc. That has worked in all cases.

I have been happy with the responses I've received from the catalina company. I've had to call them a couple of times, and it has only taken one call each time (no e-mails). It does take about 1-2 months for the catalina to arrive, but well worth it for me if I have a ton of RR on hand. The expiry date is also much longer.

\Your cashier was making up fairy stories. In your shoes I would NOT have settled for this .....horse poop. I would have sent for a mgr and either INSISTED I get some restitution for the missing RR or he could just void the sale and give me back all my $/RR/Coupons. Generally they either figure out a way to make the RR print (thier issue, NOT mine) or give me a WAG gift card.

Once you leave the store it is TOO late to do anything. I have read horror stories here & on other sites about how long, how many calls and how many emails to catalina it can/often takes to get the RR. i do NOT have the time to play that game and will NOT.
