Re: Walgreens RR rumor, anybody heard this
I RARELY SHOP AT WAGS
But i went to wags yesterday. Got the 3 reach products.. used my $3/3 q. RR didn't print.
The cashier DID have to adjust a price down on an item that wasn't ringing up the correct price (I made sure all items I chose were correctly tagged on the shelf).
Manager said "you used a coupon, so it wont give you RR".
I told him I knew that wasn't the case, and requested it to be returned (he wasn't backing down)
THEN I purchased toothpaste, USED A COUPON, and RR PRINTED.
I said to the manager "I knew the coupon wasn't the problem" and left it at that.
Used that RR toward some sugar (5 lb domino for $1.99), and two cans of condensed soup. Paid $0.68 oop with coupon & RR
Doubt I'll be returning unless there's an INSANE deal.

Re: Walgreens RR rumor, anybody heard this
I may be in the minority, but I love my Wags. We do not have any other chains and we only have one Wags, unless I drive 100 miles to a big city. The manager always makes things right with rr, even if he has to give me cash to make it right. I would never want to see their profits plummet either, because I like the people who work there and they might lose their jobs. I also would miss the deals. Sorry some of you hate them, they have been great to me, except on a rare occasions that can happen any place.
