I'm trying to pack to go out of town, so I don't know if this was already covered or not (didn't go back to read everything), but I went to Wags today and did the neosporin deal. Here's how it went down:

2 Neosporin $3.99 ea - on sale
$.99 activity book
$10.99 contact solution (I wear RGPs **sigh** so I gotta get the more expensive kind that's NEVER on sale)
$1.99 45ct Ecotrin
$21.95 subtotal
-$2 2x$1/1 ip for Neosporin
-$4 2x$2/1 activity book q for Neosporin
-$2.25 ip for Ecotrin
-$6 cat from the Reach/Listerine deal earlier this week
--------------
$7.70 +tax and got the $4 cat.

Now, when I got home and really looked at the q's from the activity book all the remaining q's say "off regular retail price."

Should I not have used the neosporin q since it was on sale? I remember this question came up last year about the pharmacy booklets with the diaper q's that said the same, but can't remember the verdict.

Sorry if this was mentioned - gotta get back to packing!

Anyone having trouble finding the Jergens free after RR? I went to 2 different Wags and they both said they didn't get any in on their trucks that came thursday night. I have 9 of the old listerine $5/3 Q's that I want to roll and I don't want them to go to waste but it seems like time is running out. I don't want to pay the oop that will be very high if I don't roll with the jergens. The total with tax oop would be $42.12 and that's just way way too much. If anyone has a different scenerio I would appreciate it. I do have the new .99 coloring book.

Today wasn't too bad of a trip for me. I spent $5.12 OOP (including tax, NM charges tax pre-Q amount...), used $11 worth of RR, and ended up w/ $16 worth of RR at the end. So, pretty much break even in the end for me (well, provided that I use my $16 worth of RR before exp.) :-)

I rolled Colgate $3 RR into Reach floss (used $5/3 MQ) and got $6RR (Reach).

Then, I used Band Aid $4 RR that I already had into Colgate and Velveeta (used 2 BOGO & $1/4 IVC from coupon flyer thingy) and got $$3RR (colgate) and $1RR (velveeta). My ad is the short 8-page ad which does not list Velveeta deal, but $1 RR printed out. The only thing was the cashier was "smarter"; he duducted $1.29 on the first BOGO, then only $0.42 on the second BOGO (4 at $3/3 rings up $1.29, 1.29, 0.42, 1.00). I wish he was more of a "carefree" cashier who would've punched $1.29 twice!

Then, I used $3 Colgate RR into BandAid and Reach TB (medium on clearance at $1.09; soft was not on clearance, just at RR sales' price of $3), and got $6RR (Reach) and $4RR (BandAid).

Lastly, I couldn't remember which kind of Reach TB was disscussed to be producing the $6RR, and medium clearance TB was out (b/c I bought the last 3 which is all they had anyway), so I took a chance (but lost...). I bought 3 regular Reach at $1.59 (used $3/2 & $1/1, so my loss is only at $0.77 anyway after MQ). No RR printed, but oh well. 3 TB for $0.77 (+tax) isn't too bad...

I didn't try rolling Bandaid RR and Reach RR between each other, for PP mentioned they're both J&J. Jergen lotion was still out, but at least I got a RC for $0.99 (Qty 1) that I can use whenever they restock.

I went to about 5 different stores and all were sold out for the last few days....bummer...really wanted to roll the Reach RR...

Uggghhh, just another thing irritating about Wags lately....I think I am about to give up on them.....

Yes! I checked 2 different stores and they had none. I'm going to try one more time today and see... One of the stores is an hour away so I won't be checking that one again, we just happened to be there the other day.

ETA: I rolled the Reach into Bandaid and it worked just fine!

Both WAGS in my city have been out of the Jergens since Tuesday 8/11. I went back to both yesterday (as I was told to return on Thursday night or Friday morning as would have new stock out). I was told my managers at both stores that NEITHER store even got any shipped, and would not be getting anymore. I thinks it ridiculous to have a "sale", then not even stock the stores (almost sounds like on purpose) with the product.

Anyway, at my GOOD Wags (I have a "good" one and a "bad" one), the manager was very nice and let me substitute another Jergens lotion (I got the Shea Butter) and just price adjusted it down for me to $0.99. I had a Q for $1.00 off.....they did some other adjustment, and let me have it for $0.09. I think this was really nice of them to do. I suppose I could have pushed to have gotten more...but I didn't ask. :-)
