I am SOOOO tired of the garbage excuses for RR not printing (esp when I am using an INSERT coupon & that is the excuse) that: if my RR do not print I have the ENTIRE order voided and get back ALL my $$ and coupons. Then I go down the street same day or next week and buy at CVS on the SAME level deal. Granted, I am blessed to have both (and MANY more) options expecially so close together.

I will NOT waste my time calling, emailing, waiting, calling emailing, waiting.....for Catalina to make good and/or refuse. I take care of MY business on the spot. Bet they would soon clean up their act if we all did this AND let WAG corp know why we walked out of their store.
