Walgreens Pilot G2 Pens RR - "Bold Point" isn't producing RR

I had this issue as well. But, all got fixed. :)

Mine didn't print either. The manager said that he could look for a MIR for the pen but, it would take him a while to find it. He said it just depended on how much the dollar was worth to me. LOL. If he only knew!! Plus, it wouldn't be worth it since I have to pay for the stamp. I just returned it and I will try to get a pack of them later this week.

We had issues with this as well. The black bold wouldn't print. The blue one did though. At one store they offered us a MIR. Um, no. Not the same!

I'm so bummed : ( I went to a Walgreen today and was told I could only get 1 pkg of gel pens. They said Walgreen's intention was to have enough for everyone to get one and they were gonna make sure no one got more than one. I wonder if they will follow me to the other wallgreens stores as I have 5 more I pass in my travels. Maybe I should call the district mgr. cause I think the ad says 1 RR per Purchase or transaction.

They won't follow you lol... But yea, some stores set limits whereas others don't really care.

I had the same thing happen when I bought the bold black pen. I asked the cashier about it and she called the manager who issued a $1 gc in place of the rr. I had no problem accepting the gc.

I bought another pack of bold on Tuesday, and the RR printed fine. I assumed it was fixed.
Is anyone still having problems?
