Isn't that in ad coupon for the Tuff trashbags at $2.99 a good deal (not free, I know) but a good price for those? Thoughts?

If you have an Aldi's you can get em for $2.49 every day price. I never pay more than that for trash bags. And like everyone else I keep holding out for a good week but nope :sad: I haven't been at this a year yet like another pp said and I wonder does couponing in general just suck this time of year? I've only bought papers with P&G because RP and SS qs stink lately; I'm actually considering switching to clippers because the $2.50 OOP for one paper with a handful of good qs is not worth it. And the sales everywhere are for non-coupon items (notebooks and school stuff) Is this an annual couponing hiatus or what?

Another blah ad...although the Starbucks is exciting for me since I was about to use my coupons today! Sooo glad I didn't! I started couping this time last year, and I vaguely remember not having that many hot deals (good for a newbie to not get overwhelmed). My guess is that the stores are focusing on school supplies, so everything else is sort of on the back burner. I'm actually enjoying the little bit of a break, b/c I'm going on vacation but I expect the deals to come alive again once I'm back

Hear. Hear. I couldn't agree more. I used to be there almost every day and now I might stop by once a week. I actually had two RRs *expire* on me this week b/c I have not been paying enough attention. Their sales have been so poor and then when you consider the amount of pre-planning and juggling and finding fillers and whatnot that you have to do in order to make the deals work out, well it hardly seems worth it. NOt to mention the rude cashiers and managers (not all, but enough to make me reluctant to shop there unless the deals are really tempting). I get a much better return on my time and money shopping other stores. Wags is close to work and home, so when the deals were better, it was worthwhile, but I'm not very excited about them anymore.

I cashed out my RR's over a month ago...and only went back once since to do the Goody headband and starbucks deals. finished off a gift card with those and haven't been back since....
