Yes. RRs are manufacturer coupons and it says in the fine print the total must be AFTER Walgreens and manufacturer coupons. But if you're talking about the RRs that print out afterwards, then no those don't count against you.
    Where are the DEALS!?
One each of Walmart, Wags, HyVee, Aldis, DG, DT County Market NO doubles/triples

thanks for the heads up on the clearance... but I wanted to point out DH"s scenario won't work, and you don't want to scar him for life from Wags (hahaha). The RR's will count against your 'before coupon total'. In other words, you can't walk about without paying $20 plus tax, no matter what. boo.

Check those back endcaps for Coppertone clearence...they had one bottle pushed way back for $3.00. Actually saw one of the spray ons at a different store yesterday on the back endcaps clearenced to $2.78. Would have been great if I could have found 2 bottles in the same store.

I did not know that the rr's would count as coupons. That's crazy. Thanks for the heads up! I just started shopping at Wal-Greens...I'm used to CVSs ECB.

Are there any good Reader Board Specials that can be combined with the $5/25 coupon before it expires today? If you know this weekend's Reader Board Specials, would you please post them either in this thread or in this weekend's Reader Board Specials thread? :-) Thanks.

I don't even bother using these now because of this. I try to spend as little out of pocket as possible, rolling the RR that I have into another RR deal. I remember "the good ole days" hen you could use it and get your OOP down to less than $1 using coupons. I miss that!

They weren't even too bad when you could buy FAR items, but now unless I have extra money to spend and there is a really good deal at walgreens that week, I just pass it up.

Don't forget about the summer clearance stuff towards your $25..My stores have it down to 50% off..we're talking $3 super soaker like water guns, $5 pools, $5 sprinklers, $5 slip and slides, $1.25 noodles, pool floats, $5.50 kids disney chairs, bubbles, side walk chalk sets, plastic plates and cups, very cute fancy looking Cars and Princess drink cups for kids, grilling and gardening items, etc.

My store said won't go to 75% off till Sept 30th and by then it might all be gone so now would be a good stock up time. I figure next year my boys will want pool stuff and I will buy now and stock away. Plus who doesn't need kids bday presents and bubbles/sidewalk chalk great from age 1-10.
    Mom to 2 boys..Age 4 yrs and 2 yrs
Wish list: Yo baby yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Ronzoni, Huggies , V-8 Fusion, String cheese, T.v. dinners, Kotex $1/1 any, Vitamin water, Earth's Best snacks, Right Guard $1/1, frozen pizza, Coke coupons and Cokerewards pts, FREES

I was able to do this...

    clearanced Pull Ups 2.89 x 6 = 17.34
    coppertone 10.99 x 2 = 21.98
    clorox wipes 2.99 x 2 = 5.98
    listerine 3.00 x 3 = 9.00
had him ring up another clearance PU even though they didn't have anymore
    2.89
    ___________________________________
    57.19
    used PU IP x 7 ($2) - 14.00
    nutrashield x 2 ($5) - 10.00
    wipes (1.50/2) - 1.50
    listerine x 3 ($2) - 6.00
    ___________________________________
    25.69 -5 (5/25) = 20.69
    got back 19 in RR's!!

Then i turned around and used some RR's on clearanced small kitchen appliances and still have 9 RR's leftover!
