Aren't the BOGO & $2/1 q's both manufacturer q's? Does Wags allow for more than one mfr q per item this way? Is this confirmed at all?

Unless my math is wrong, you can also make this deal into a $1MM with just 2 IP coupons and a BOGO insert Q.

Buy (2) Reach Toothbrushes & (1) Reach Floss or Listerine:
3/$9 - $2/1 toothbrush - $3/1 toothbrush (BOGO Q) - $2/1 floss/listerine = $2 - $3RR = $1MM

OH, those refills are $$ and I prefer them over throwing away single use razor after single use razor. they also take up less space in storage.
I prefer free haha for the record, but this is decent enough deal if I dont already have enough stock piled for my personal taste.
if i decide i dont want them I can sell them at my rummage, or I have many women in my life who would love them as a gift.

You're right-- you couldn't use the B1G1 and the $2/1 on the same item. I don't have the B1G1, so I was saying you could just use 3 of the $2/1 and get them free.

Generally speaking, you can use a BOGO MQ and $/1 MQ on two of the same item unless there is wording on one of the coupons to prohibit this usage (e.g., "this coupon cannot be used in combination with another coupon"). The $/1 MQ would attach to and pay for one item (the one you buy) and the BOGO MQ would attach to and pay for the other item (the one you get for free). This is what the Reach/Listerine scenarios that have been posted are showing; the BOGO and $2/1 MQ's are not being used for the same item. HTH
