I just did my first WAGS deal with the Excedrin! I had to dig for the double packs, as most were gone, but I did find 2 double packages of the Extra Strength. I goofed and gave him 3 $1/1 coupons and the third one beeped, so he handed it back after verifying that I only had two items (the double package rings as one). Another goof - I bought 2 packages of the Pilot pens and only received $1 RR. He kindly suggested I return the second package and ring it as a separate item to get the $1 RR for it. I left a happy shopper, lol. (most husbands would love to know that 4 boxes of Excedrin and 2 packs of pens for FREE would make a girl happy!)

I bought 2 packs yesterday,and in order for me to get them free after RR's I had to buy the separate boxes. Maybe it works differently for other areas.

The Excedrin isn't in the smaller ad this week, but the Tylenol is. (Luckily I did the Excedrin a couple weeks ago).

Bought (2) two packs of Tylenol Arthritis (which is the same as Extra Strength, just 650 mg instead of 500mg).

(1) 2 packs @ 4.99
-(1) $2/1 Tylenol Arthritis coupon
=2.99 OOP
Got back $3 RR.
Repeat.

4 boxes of Tylenol for FREE! Putting in DD's college stash.

Also got more FREE pens!! Those are my favorite pens!

Yeah I checked both my stores and since I'm in a "small ad" area too...no luck on the excedrin. Oh and a warning to those who bought the tylenol...if you have young children, check your box. I couldn't find ANY in my store that weren't labeled "for a home without young children"....grrrrr...no free meds for me and i've been getting splitting migraines the last couple days. Go figure!!

I just read on another site the pens are rolling into each other..woo hoo. I wasn't going to bother since that was the only thing I could get and it wasn't worth each individual transaction...but this might make it worth it to do it a couple times!!

That's weird sorry...the girl said she noticed her RR didn't "thank" her from any specific company so she tried it and it worked??

Because she refused to ring in the 2nd box....(this is the BA that has been there forever).

She scanned 1, then threw both in the bag....no RR

so I ask for the manager, she comes over, tells me that there is no $5 RR deal. I explain it, then she can't even refund my $ because the BA didn't ring both...it was a DISASTER. Then she confiscated my receipt and wouldn't give it back. :hectic1:
