I'd be interested to know too. They're building our 4th Wags directly across the street from our one and only CVS.
There is a new WAGS opening in the morning at the end of our neighborhood! I am hoping that anyone who has been to a newly opened WAGS will post about any goodies or freebies that may be happening. I'm wondering if it's worth getting up early to go? TIA![]()

Usually when stores have opened around here they have put a coupon with the flyer in the Sunday paper that is only valid at the new location. If I remember correctly it was a $5 off $20, but it has been a while since the last new store opened. They also will probably have some in-store specials at that store.
That is what they did when our Wags opened also -- a $5 off $20 purchase Q on the flier in the paper on Sunday.
the last time we had a walgreen's grand opening (like january, i think) they put out $3 off a $10 purchase that was only good at that store, but good for like 3 weeks i want to say. and they had a ton of ads in the store with the coupon in it, it was great!

A new Walgreens opened near me this past Wednesday. DH went in for me and asked about grand opening specials. Nobody knew anything. I went in last night and asked again....same thing. I was there this morning, different cashier so I asked again. Pay dirt! Yes, there will be a grand opening sale in 2-3 weeks. They couldn't give me any information (said they don't know) but since I will be going in there once in a while...I will ask again, and again. Well, you get the point.
