This is the first time I've tried to write out a complicated (for me) scenario, so we'll see how I do:

2 Sport Tampons $8-$2MQ= 6 ($2RR)
3 Dove Body Fresh 3*3.36= 10.08-2.25MQ= 7.83
3 Dove Deoderant 3*2.61= 7.83-2.25MQ= 5.58 ($10RR) 6 dove products
3 Cereal $10-$3MQ=7 ($3RR) will only give you a $6RR

6+7.83+5.58+7=26.41 oop
26.41-$5 (5/25)=21.41 get 15RR back actually only $11RR

I can usually get deoderant and sprays for free or close to it, but I think I can justify the $6.41 for 3 boxes of cereal and 2 boxes of tampons. The spray and deoderant are bonuses. I didn't add taxes.

I have edited your oop to reflect the RR after your oop so your oop will be 21.41 and you will get 11RR (since you will only be getting $6RR on the dove for 6 products vs $10RR for 8 products)

I thought the dove deal was buy 8, get $10, buy 6 get 8...or something like that. Pretty sure the first part is right...

I've not been doing this for long but I thought the 5/25 could only be used if the total was 25 AFTER all the coupons...so wouldn't the minimum OOP be 20 after everything is over? Now I'm confused!

If you're looking for Dove & Snuggle, you could do:

8 Dove Ultimate Deos - 3.37 each = 26.96
3 Snuggle - 4.99 each = 14.97
1 Carmex - 2.99
TOTAL: 44.92
- $16 {$2 Dove Deo x8}
- $3 {$1 Snuggle x3}
= 25.92 + tax
- 5 {5/25 coupon}
= 20.92 + tax
Get back $10, $5, $2
So, 20.92-17=3.92 + tax.

If you don't have that many coupons, I think there was a $1/1 Dove Deo coupon awhile back:

8 Dove Deo - 2.62 each = 20.96
3 Snuggle - 4.99 each = 14.97
1 Mars Candy = 0.25
TOTAL: 36.18
- $8 {$1/1 Dove Deo x8}
- $3 {$1 Snuggle x3}
= 25.18 + tax
- 5 {5/25 coupon}
= 20.18 + tax
Get back $10 RR & $RR
20.18 - 15 = 5.18 + tax
