Walgreens ESR question

Back in April I submitted 3 different ESR rewards. I just received a gift card in the mail, but it is only for one of them. Do they send separate gift cards for each reward, or did I get screwed? Now the website will not let me access my account to check on it. I've submitted a claim to customer service but have not heard back. April was my first month shopping there, and I quit in May because I've never had a nice experience in there. I love CVS, so I hope their new program is going to be more user-friendly and that management will be nicer about accepting coupons.

If I understand you right the issue is you sent them separately. They only allow for one a month so you have to save them up until you are done for the month. So you probably got the first one and the others were denied. You can try and ask customer service and see if they will make an exception, but dont be surprised if they say no.

Did you submit 3 times? You can only submit your rebates for the month once...

I entered them on two separate occasions, but didn't send them in until the end of the month. The one I got was for the 2nd entry.
