I guess I'll be in the minority. I prefer CVS over Walgreens anyway and limits don't bother me. I have 1 card and the stores around here are pretty well stocked. If something is out by chance, then I get a RC. The one thing I hate about Walgreens is that if I use a RR to pay and I have a manf q, then I have to throw in a filler. Fillers add up.
I also find my OOP is higher than when I shop CVS b/c I get taxed on the total before any coupons. RR are manf coupons, while ECBs count as store coupons and get subtracted from my subtotal before tax.
Then theres the issue of not being able to roll them into the same deal. I can do that with ECBs. If toothpaste is a limit of 3, I can roll each ECB into another tube. With RR, I can't use it to pay for the same item and get another RR in return. Other things I don't like are the short exp date and several times, I unfortunately let them exp b/c I haven't trained myself to remember I have them. Lastly, I can't use them on dairy. At least with my ecbs, I can always get a gallon of milk.
I can't wait to see what this new program entails.
