I have seen the ad for the week of July 5-11, and no news of a new program in that ad.
I am still not believing it........but then hey I didn't know nothing about the ESR ending till I read it here

I read elsewhere about someone speaking with a WAGS manager who said that they plan to implement a new system at some point but they've invested so much money in the catalina machines that it's not something they want to do just yet.

My couponing friend just talked with customer service about it and she said that it has been told to her twice by different CS reps. However, as with everything, time will tell of course.
