Walgreens: ESR Physicians Form Organic ?

My rebate for the buy $10 of organic wear physicians formula get $10 did not post. I bought a bronzer for $8.xx and a blush on clearance for $3.xx. Both boxes say organic wear on them. When I called they said the clearance one was not an included product but that they would investigate. Did anyone else have a problem? Has anyone else had a problem similar to this before and how was it handled?

I bought a mascara and a clearance eyeshadow - total of $10.78 before coupons. Rebate went through fine, but took about a week to clear online.

Um, both of mine were clearance and all the PF at my Wags was/is on clearance since the 40% off. I got a mascara and a lip gloss, they were like $10.72? The $10 did not post until all my rebates cleared. But I had also already called CS about the Hersheys and they said they'd have to do something manually to mine so maybe that's why mine cleared. Call CS they're the only ones that can clear it up for ya.

Mine did not go through because they say they show 1 as returned. I have both of them sitting right in front of me. She would not budge & said there's nothing they can do when the Walgreens system shows the item as returned.

Also denied on the Crest $5 rebate because I used a full value coupon for each product.

I had the bonus pack and so did my sister and neither have cleared yet. I posted the one for me 2 weeks ago!!!!

I was worried at first, since at the end of the month my $10 wasn't showing even though it said all eligible rebate items were shown. On the very last day of the rebate period my $10 appeared.

Mine denied. I just called and the lady said it was because I bought from the MINERAL line and the one for the rebate was the ORGANIC line. I, of course, already threw away my old easy saver book but this seems really nit-picky to me.

sorry Walgreens spelled out in the ESR that the rebate was on the Organic Line.
Maybe you can take it back and get a refund if you still have the receipt.

I bought 3 clearance lip gloss and received mine with no issue.

Update to my OP:

I'm a dingbat.

Here's what happened:

I bought 2 of the OrganicWear foundation at $6.xx each. I used 2 $2 coupons. When the BA scanned them, they scanned at .35 instead of $2. ASM came over & "exchanged" the 2 that I bought so she could fix the coupon to $2 each.

Here's the dingbat part:

I threw that receipt away on my way out the store - and I had completely forgot until I called the 1-800-Walgreens number...they told me they'd send to SM to investigate and I said don't bother, I'm on my way there now & I'll just talk to her. As I'm driving there (I had to do my shopping anyway), it hit me like a ton of bricks.

Dumb dumb me. No rebate & no receipt. I don't know if they'll do a returno w/o receipt.

As for the Crest - supposedly they are "sending it up" to be reviewed - whatever that means.
