I got the confirmation email today that my rebates were all done, but my ink refill was not on there. I call CS, give them the receipt #, and before she can figure out what's wrong I notice that this receipt isn't even on the list of submitted receipts. I write on my receipts to make sure I submitted them, so I KNOW I put it in.

Has this ever happened to you?

I just went ahead and signed up for ANOTHER GC at my mom's addy. They WILL give me that $7.50 LOL!
