Not the cheapest, but very popular in my house is the $1 box of sidewalk chalk in the seasonal isle right now.

I found bamboo napkin rings for .50 not the cheapest but they may even work for a craft!
Thanks for the ideas, when I get enough napkin rings I will use some of these great ideas!

FYI...Found a cheap filler today for .20 cents you can get hair clips. I went to 2 walgreens. Only one walgreens had clearance/sale signs posted in front of display.

I am wearing one of mine today

I went this morning and found some friskies wet cat food on clearance for .51 but it actually rang in at .20 I ended up having to throw in a caramel to hit my amount and paid more oop, but that's ok...my cat will snuggle with me tonight and that is worth the extra .26

I found a compass in school supplies. It was .64 cents. It might be a little much, but my children need them for school.

I bought one of these today as a filler! My daughter doesn't use them in school, but one day she asked what they were because they look cool, so I figured I could show her how to use it for the crafts she loves to make!

Yesterday I found Friskies pouches on clearance for 22¢. Also Caesar dog food for 32¢. The Friskies was the Fine Cuts with Ocean Whitefish and Tuna. I've already given the dog food away and don't remember which flavor it was.
