are the reader boards the same everywhere or do different areas offer different deals? I haven't seen any of those on my store's reader board but they were advertising Snapple 3/$1 after ES coupon.

The reader board is the sign outside the stores. Some have the newer electronic ones, while other stores have the older type where they have to go out and change it.
Just look outside your store and see what is posted on it.
