Walgreens Register Reward - Chapstick / Visine / Skintimate Roll

If you got the plastic wavy bottle skintimate, and the catalina machine light was a steady green, then not sure why it didn't print.

I did it 3 hrs ago today.
I bought 4 haircolors, 4 bags of hershey candy, 1 edge hydration, 4 crest prohealth, and baby ruth bars as fillers. I used man qs for garnier and hersheys, then I used multiple 3.50 colgate and 3.00 visine rr's and used the 4 free crest rr's for the prohealth.
I purposely used several rr's on my esr items. That way I have essentially put the rr back on esr rebate gc. Then I can spend the money on anything.

Anyway, my rr for edge printed fine.

I have rolled the Skintimate and colgate several times this week. However, today i tried to purchase skintimate using colgate rr and the skintimate rr didn't print?! I checked the dates for the skintimate and it is supposed to work until 4/25.

When I countered with, "yes, I am getting the item free, but you are getting reimbursed from the manf." The asst. manager told me that they do not get reimbursed for RR. That it is an "I scratch your back, you scratch mine deal."

That is completely utterly false...they get reimbursed every penny for these RR's. All of the RR's have remittence addresses to send for reimbursement with the exception of the Crest Pro-Health toothpaste(that spit out from the Bayer meters) which is actually a store coupon....heck they still may get something from Bayer with regards to that one too, but I am not sure.
