Received an e-mail from Energizer yesterday for a pritntable coupon for $1 of batteries or any energizer product. Could make this a dollar sweeter. (note-haven't printed it we're out of ink but it says any product in the e-mail).
My Walgreens in Marina Del Rey, CA had them listed as "$21.99-10ESMIR= $11.99"

My Wags had 2 of these marked as $4.99. So I decided to buy one, it rang up as $19.99. The cashier was going to manually change the price to $4.99. I wasn't sure it would work for the rebate if she did that so I voided the whole thing.
So would it have worked for the rebate if the price was manually entered?
I am thinking I will go back and try and if the rebate doesn't work, I will return it.
Thanks for any insight!
I found one of these in the clearance aisle in my Walgreens (which is really hard to do because they just throw everything into baskets and you have to dig through the pile to see what's in it.) It was marked $5.00. It rang up without any problems and I just looked online and I got the full $10 rebate for it.![]()
