I can certainly see a plus side to their bottom line.
Patients will likely fill their prescription right there at the WAG pharmacy, and they'll gain some brand loyalty after the crisis has passed.

Walgreens is offering free visits to their health clinics for individuals on unemployment, their spouses and children. They're is a lab that is working with them for some free lab tests as well.
