Walgreens Good news on Reynold's product coupons

I am not sure if this is the right spot to put this. But i had emailed Reynolds about thier wording on thier coupons. and the difficulties it presented couponers who might want to buy more than one product at a time. since walgreens seems to be where i use MOST of these coupons or i have in the past, i thought i would share their response here
some information was XXX out to protect privacy.

Dear XXXXX:
Thank you for contacting us regarding the wording used in coupons for Reynolds Consumer Products.

We appreciate your comments and have shared them with the Marketing Department. They advised that the wording has been used for about 20 years so were surprised it was suddenly causing confusion. However, they reviewed the wording and have decided to adjust the coupon language to read “One coupon per item purchased”.

Due to the long lead-times required for most of our programs the new wording will not be phased in until later in the year.

I totally agree. It sure would make it alot easier. Now if only we could make them change their wording on 1 per visit that is starting to show up more lately.

I always believed that "one per item purchase" was the intent of the coupon. I'm glad they're changing the wording.
