I was just coming here to post this. :) This morning, I saw the gum for $.32, and without even thinking of the coupon, I grabbed 18 packs. Then I remembered the IVC and grabbed one, wondering if the cashier would say anything about exceeding the limit.

She got excited and said, "This coupon is going to take off more than the price of the gum! What a great find!" Then, I had a $2 RR print (for the 2 liters) and she said, "You know, if you wanted to get some more gum, you could use this RR."

I told her I had thought about taking it all, but I felt bad about clearing the shelves. She told me to go grab the rest! So, I knew I would need a filler because of the overage and saw that they had Propel water for $.35 and grabbed the 12 that they had. Well, that rang up at $1.29 and she told me the tag must have been for another product. She called the SM, who came up and saw me with all my gum and, with a big smile on his face, he told her to sell them all to me for the $.35.

As I was leaving, I heard her tell him, "She just bought up all the Orbitz gum." So when I was bringing the cart back in the store, I was worried, but he met me at the door and took the cart, smiling and as nice as he could be. I ended up making $.39 buying 39 packs of gum! I LOVE my Wags!!!

I was able to snag 36 packs at one store and 13 at another. Still left at least 36 on the shelf at the first store.

Which gums are these? They had a bunch of other brands on clearance for 32 cents but not the Orbit. What varieties did you buy...you guys got UPC codes by chance if you have them on hand?

I am thinking maybe my stores are either behind on putting the tags or just behind on putting them on clearance.

i seen all the gum was gone at walgreens in north riverside il . i went at about 10 pm.

My store didn't have any of the gums covered by the coupon on clearance. But, they did have some of the 10-pack packages on clearance for $0.62. I got a 10-pack of Juicy Fruit. Not free, unfortunately. But, $0.06/ pack is still pretty good.
