Walgreens did any one get rimmel sexy surve macara on bogo deal free with all you coupon???????

i went to my walgreens to get the rimmel sexy curve mascara but its price was $7.45 ...the coupon which is on all has limit value 6.47.... :sad:
is this in my state or every 1 has the same??????????

You can pay the difference and get two mascaras for .98 plus tax. Not bad, especially for Rimmel I love their mascara!

I bought two. They both rung up with "BGLP" next to the items- it means buy one and get the next one, of equal or lower price, free. At the end of the transaction, I handed over my coupons, including the Get One Free coupon from All You. The cashier happily took off the $6.47 max, even though the mascaras rang up at $7.99. When I got to the car and reviewed my receipt (as I always do), I saw that the register had indeed subtracted the $6.47, but never took off the $7.99 for B1G1. I went back in with my two mascaras and receipt. The cashier got the manager, who had me walk him over to the place where the B1G1 tag was hanging by the mascaras. After he saw the sign, he was happy to give me back the price for one of them. I wonder if using the Q somehow negates the B1G1 in the register - although I don't think it should.

I have heard that since it takes it off very last, that if the cashier is too fast and cashes out the transaction, the free doesn't come off the bottom. It actually happened to me a while back when John Frieda was B1G1 50% - but the cashier and I caught it...... The BA register at my store is SOOO SLOW so she has to wait for the machine to catch up to her. HTH....

Yesterday, I had the same thing happen to me. After getting in the car and seeing why my total was so high, I went back in. The manager didn't have a problem crediting me $7.99 plus tax. I think .98 + tax is still a good deal for two mascaras, especially if I can't get them at WM!

Wait a minute, no one had a problem using the coupon at walgreens?
Even thought it says in huge letters "only at walmart"? I mean i know its a manufacturer's coupon that you can use anywhere, but i feel like i would get a hassle about using it any place else but WM. But i guess i will give it a try.

Yes, you can use the "Walmart" coupon at Walgreens. I had read that others were doing it, so I tried it and it worked. Went through the register just fine. I was all prepared to ask the cashier to try it if she gave me any question, but she didn't.

I was told at my closest Wags that I couldnt use the Q as they wouldnt get reimbursed for it. Maybe I should have tried the new store where they are much more coupon friendly/savvy. Gizz
