not sure why the RR didn't print.
If you would have done 2 separate transactions, and it had printed you would have gotten 2RR. On a RR item, you can't purchase more and have it print more RR, you have to do separate transactions.
So here goes. Monday go to Walgreens #1 and purchase 6 Garnier products with 2 Right Guard Deodorant and other stuff. But didn't get the RR for the Right Guard and had no problem with purchasing 6 Garnier. Today go back to store #1 and try to purchase 6 more Garnier and the cashier said " sorry to tell you this but there is a limit of one YES ONE Garnier per person" I said you mean I can't even purchase one of each Shampoo & Conditioner. She said no per management. Just as she says all this a manager walks up to help another customer and I asked him and as I am asking him she convinces him that yes only one per person. She even had me convinced that the ad said that. I left didn't buy anything. Looked at the ad in my vehicle and realized that it didn't say anything like that. Went to the Walgreens store #2 and had no problem bought 6 Garnier and 2 more Right Guard Deodorant. Went to the vehicle and realized that I didn't get the RR for the Deodorant. Went back in and the manager told me that because I used a MF coupon for the Deodorant to purchase it that the RR coupon would not print out. But he gave them to me anyway. But only 2 not 4 like I thought I should have gotten one RR for $2 for each Deodorant I bought.
I just wish the stores and the employe's were more consistent. It is crazy one day you can go in the store and have no problems and 2 days later go and have all kinds of problems. It took me an hour and half to do something that should have taken me half hour to do.

Don't Take Your Organs to Heaven........Heaven Knows We Need Them Here
If you bought all the right guard in one transaction you would only get one RR. On the Garnier hey do this because it does say one item per coupon on the coupon in the easy saver catalogue even though it is stupid because you could technically just use six coupons, but one coupon takes it off for all six items.
My baby boy was born June 28, 2011!!
I would have done it separate but the coupon said $1 off 2. Maybe I would have been better off not to use the MF at all. But the manager said that I can't even use the RR on a order that I am getting a RR they cancel each other out. If I want to use the RR I should use it when I am not getting a RR. No matter what the RR is for. Even if it is something total different like the RR for the Coke this week. He used that as an example.
I read somewhere that if you use the dry idea coupon to purchase the deodorant the register reward for the deodorant isn't going to print because the barcode on the coupon and the barcode on the product are the same. So, I guess the register is reading it as if you were using a register reward for the deodorant to purchase another deodorant.
That is a possibility. It's happened several times recently. One I recall is the children's tylenol $3/3 a couple months ago.
I haven't purchased dry idea, only the clearance Right Guard, and didn't use a q for that.
Sorry this happened, OP. Coupons *shouldn't* affect the RR printing, unless there's an issue as owens743 mentioned.
