I had traded for 20 of the Scotch tape $1/2 coupons and hoped they would get here in time. They got here Saturday so I went to see if I could get free tape with the store coupon. I wanted to spread it out over several stores because I was afraid they would turn the coupons down if I used too many at once (because even though they are a manufacturer's coupon they say "redeem at Publix" on them). I got 6 free tapes at my first store but my other stores were completely out of tape. So after I finished all of my shopping I went back to my first store at 10 p.m. I was disappointed when I saw that the cashier was one who gave me trouble about coupons before. But I tried it anyway - 34 rolls of tape. I gave her 17 $1/2 coupons and the IVC coupon - just knew it would get shot down. Nope - she scanned everything right through. Total was $1.29 (tax only) for 34 rolls of tape - then a $5 RR printed out - I had totally forgot about that. I was down to my last roll of tape - I am now stocked up for several holidays to come.

Since I rarely shop at Walgreens for the RR, I think I did pretty well.

Ok i am fairly new to the WAGS shopping experience so i know this is not as great as others but... Ok my MIL loves diet coke. So the sale for this week was 3/10 and get 2 RR back. I know i would burn some RRs but that was ok. So in 3 Transactions i got

9 (12 packs) of diet coke
3 small candies

used

7 coke rewards coupons
2 6 rr from reach
1 5 rr from the 5/25 last week

paid with 11.00 in cash and got back 6 RR, 2 for each transaction. Needless to say i was very happy and my MIL will be stocked up on Diet cokes for some time.

that's awesome! I hope to get some Diet coke as well. How did you split up the transactions? Isn't there a 5RR wyb $25 worth of goods, and does this total have to be "after" coupons?
