I don't think the sale and the rebate match up.

The rebate is for Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA-4, Energizer Advanced Lithium AA-4 or Energizer e2 Rechargeable AA/AAA-4 Batteries or CHVCWB-2 Charger.

The sale is for regular Energizer batteries, 4 pack AA or AAA, 2 pack C or D, or single 9 volt.

The batteries in the ad won't work unfortunately for the rebate you are referring to...Those in the rebate book are the more expensive batteries..The lithium and the rechargeables...The ones I believe in the ad are just the *regular* energizer batteries..
