Walgreens Fructis Deal I don't understand??? & total TP

Walgreens Fructis Deal & total Toothpaste are yall getting these
free???

I tried using the 1.00 garnier coupon and was told that since
the balance was .99 and the coupon was 1.00 they could not do it, and same with the total Toothpaste the coupon was more than the balance.
did I need a filler to get these free.Please explain.

They are on sale for $2.99 then use the $2.00 easy saver q and I used a $1.00 mfc so it was minus 1 cents and yes you need a filler , I did this yesterday all day
I bought 3 huggies , 4 garnier and 2 glades I didn't do any toothpaste , then I got 3 stover easter eggs that are on sale .39 cents each , so then I gave her all my coupons and then the easy saver coupons and she never said a word to me , the glade coupon made it an overage too ,
If I had a problem I would just say hey the reynolds wrap foil you have on sale all the time is always 89 cent and I use a $1.00 all the time and you never say a word , but none of mine said anything to me about any of my coupons and I think I went to 6 stores all day .

You would need a filler to cover the overage I think.

This is why you must use the Manufacturer's coupon first, then the Wags coupon. If you do it the other way around, the register will beep on the Man Q. HTH

the wg i went to yesterday had the ivc's taped to the counter and she scanned it first...i was scared my q's wouldn't work, but they all went through with no problems...also had 2/2 gillette which worked fine...but johnson body product q beeped & she wouldn't use it...:shrug7:

For every transaction I've done that had an overage, I had to grab a small filler because it beeped and the cashier didn't know how to make it work. They were scanning the book first and then the MQ and I didn't realize it mattered. I went tonight and got my last two Garniers and remembered reading here about doing the MQ first and then the book coupon and asked her to try that. It went through flawlessly with no beepage and no filler needed; I just paid 40 cents in tax.

Yeah, man. q first. I learned the hard way! I had the bogo for the glade and let her scan the wags q first and then she scanned the bogo and only gave me $5.99 off instead of the $9.99 off that I thought it should have been so my oop was higher than I had planned for. I ended up returning them and the mgr would only give me back $9.26 even though I returned two $9.99 lasting impressions. I know I should have argued because I lost my q and the value of it but he told me he was doing me a favor since my oop was really only $4.00 +. I just chalked it up as a learning experience and will try not to make that mistake again.

Yesterday I encountered a clerk that would not ring up my manuf coupon on the garnier and said that I would be getting a penney back. I then explained to the manager that I would not be getting a penney because I pay taxes on the item and to look at the walgreens corporate website which explains their coupon policy. He did and later appologized to me and let me buy as many as I wanted.

The ESC wasn't scanning right at my wags yesterday and they had to input all of them at .99 cents each. Then she knocked my man q down to .88 as well, which I didn't really care one way or the other, and yes I bought a couple fillers. I got the colgate as well and it was free after the coupons.
