She told me I'd have to choose which coupon I wanted to use. The next Walgreens I went to, I stopped at the Beauty Counter and asked if I could use my coupons there. I was told I was trying to commit "Coupon Fraud"! I was horribly insulted. (I explained that I printed the Easy Saver coupon off Walgreens website & cut the MQ out of my newspaper insert - how is that coupon fraud???) She mentioned someone had been in earlier in the week with 20 sets of coupons and they denied her on all of them too. She asked if it was fair for that customer to get 20 bottles and someone with one coupon set to get none (because, theoretically, there'd be no stock left) - however, she wasn't even letting me use my one set. She then tried to tell me that Walgreens would make no money if they let me use both coupons - when I explained that the mfgr. reimburses Walgreens for the coupon, she didn't have a response. I did fill out the customer complaint form this morning and their website states they have 48 hours to respond. I'll guess I just have to see what they say. If it will be a generic response or what....
