Walgreens Edge Shaving Gel Not printing RR

Sorry if this is a double post. The Edge shaving gel RR did not print at two seperate stores that I went to. The first manager asked if I use a RR to pay, I said no. So she charged me .99 for it and refunded me $1 plus tax.

The second manager at another store said I got the wrong one(I had the one with the orange cap). She went and grabbed one with a black cap. Did a fake transaction to give me the RR. It didnt print. She also offered to only charge me .99, and refunded me $1 plus tax. Then said " And now you dont have to spend your dollar here" LOL.

So if you are buying this just be on the look out.

same thing happened to me -- well, I didn't complain to the manager because my cashier was being patient enough to let me do five transactions for the Huggies deal so I decided to pick my battles. But anyway, I ended up buying five shaving creams (all separate transactions) and none of them printed the RR. I'll have to find the sticky that says what to do.

I bought skintimate and it wasn't printing the RR either.

My edge didnt print either, but like pp, I had done tons of huggies deals, and they were patient, so I didnt fight it...may be submitting to catelina though

The couponer in front of me today couldn't get her Skintimate to print and I told her I saw on here that they weren't printing. The cashier asked the manager if this was happening on all of em and the manager said no one else had bought one lol! So she just returned it. I guess me and that lady are the only qers in my area. And now I know who is buying all the papers before I get there lol.

My Skintimate strawberry-tangerine RR didn't print either. I didn't catch it until I got home because I was focused on doing a few transactions with my favorite BA. I think that I'm going to let it drop - it's not worth the copying and stamp to get the $1 RR (I've tried calling Catalina in the past without success).

I haven't had any problems with the Skintimate (light pink cap). I have purchased 4 of them at 3 different stores.

One of my stores had a sign up saying that there was a glitch or something that effect and that the RRs were not printing for this. I just skipped this item at that store.

I went to another store, no sign and was prepared to argue when the RR didn't print, but it DID print at this store with no problems.

Strange...but I'm not complaining.

Mine printed at 2 different stores...I got the green cap edge and the orange cap edge
