The Comm is not ruled by the manager, it is ruled by DECA rules for overage. I haven't shopped there in a decade and I know this, hasn't changed since my parents first joined back in 1969 to fight in Vietnam.

WAGs is ruled by the same rules as other stores plus their own store policies as well as regional and store manager's personal feelings and rules. Thus there is no hard and fast rule since as we all know corporate rules can and are overidden at the store and regional leval all the time with the dreaded "e-mails" that come with information that must be obeyed "or else." Nowhere on the coupon does it say "retailer: you must give full face value or you are committing "fraud.

I know the one box of lozenges I bought yesterday were 12.99. They had to type in the IP (poor new guy got flustered and didn't know how). I would have gladly just taken it for free, not overage as my parents use the product. I was only sad they didn't have any syrup for me to try out and no idea when more was coming. :sad:
