Walgreens: ESR Showing Processed, But Missing 1 Offer

I just went to check on the status of my Feb rebate and it is showing "processed," but I noticed that the amount was $5.50 less than I thought it would be for. I looked at the list of my offers they had and the Buy $10 in Hershey's, get $5 back isn't on there.

I checked the list of reciepts and the reciept for that offer was submitted, so now I'm confused. Will it show up later, even though it is saying my rebate has already been processed, or did something go wrong? Is there something I should do, or should I just wait?

I haven't gotten any messages saying that any of my offers were denied or anything.

Thats how it happened on my ink refill. I just called them and they added it.

Mine thinks its done reviewing and is still missing the last rebate offer on the last receipt I put in for. I figure I'll give it a couple days then submit (if they don't do it for me) and hope it shows up.

Otherwise call the ESR number and they can help you out. They think you can e-mail them but all they reply with is the number and tell you to call.

Mine has said completed since the 28th I think. Then it popped up three of the five offers missing the next day. Now I'm waiting to see if it'll do the last two. If not I will call CS yet again. What the flip was the point of them updating their system if this is all going away in April? I just want my $2.20 lol.

I got an e-mail saying they couldn't verify one of my receipts and that I should send it by mail, but the total amount is showing up in my account - I was wondering if there was some glitch with their system.

mine said verified and waiting to end, but the last two receipts with glade are not listed. i called and she said two of my reciepts have not been processed yet. i am confused because it usually doesnt say verified and finalizing until all my receipts have gone through! she said wait up to 8 weeks. what!
and then she said my lasting impressions has wrong upc. i am saying, it is the only kind in the store and the exact one shown in the book, so then she said, well if it is the right upc then it will go through and to wait up to 8 weeks.

I called CS and the lady told me that 2 of the 4 bags of Hershey's candy I bought didn't qualify for the rebate. I told her it was confusing because the ESR booklet just said $10 Hershey's candy, 8 - XX oz and didn't specify anything further.

She agreed and told me that my rebate was already processing and she didn't want to delay my $90 rebate over $5, so she just said to call back after I get my rebate and then they'll process another rebate for the $5.50. Hopefully it'll go as smoothly as she says when it comes time to do it.

I hope every one else gets their rebates to go through!

My ESR status says Finalizing...it has for the last 3 days. I'm still missing 2 items ($5 Theraflu, $10 Revlon). The reciept # is showing on the list. Does finalizing mean that it still may post those missing items?

I've been waiting to request the amount be loaded to my card until those two show up, but it is getting close to the last day to request it.

Would you call CS now?

I called CS this morning. I have one receipt that shows up in the rebate area but none of the items are listed in the rebate. So I'm missing $27.97 in rebates on there. She told me to go ahead and finalize it and as long as the items were eligible they would still go through. My mom has the same problem with the last receipt she entered. How frustrating and I'm not inclined to believe the CS lady but I guess time will tell.
