Walgreens: ESR Showing Processed, But Missing 1 Offer

I did not get the Wonder Waves...and you know I read and re-read the Feb rebate booklet so many times and I NEVER realised it said that!:sad:
Oh well...lesson learned.....note to self "pay more attention"

You can return it if you want ( it is too late to exchange), tell them you got the wrong one for rebate

Question, help!

I claimed on 2/28 & it took a few days for the system to catch up and verify all the receipts. Noticed on 3/3 that all offers were accounted for, the page stating that it's in the final stage of processing with the usual lingo re: taking 3-4 weeks for the rebate to be process, etc.

And today 3/9, it said "INVALID". What does this mean? All the qualifying offers were listed + 10% for the GC option. Everything looked good. But then at the very bottom, it contradicted itself by saying that February 2009 is invalid. Has anyone else encountered the same issue? It's frustrating 4 having to wait until 7am tomorrow to call the CS for the 4th time re: February rebates!

This is my first month doing the rebate, and I think that I may have messed up. Did the Theraflu have a limit? I bought 6 boxes, but just got the $6 rebate once. I didn't think that there was a limit on that one. So, should I try to call CS (it says my card shipped today) or just return the extra Theraflus?

The Rebate limit was $6 when you purchase 2 Theraflu...So you received the $6 rebate for 2 of them that you bought...So you should be able to return 4 of them...I would make sure you make a copy of your receipt to keep until you actually have your rebates...Just explain to the store that you thought the rebate limit was higher...

Does anyone know what the rebate limit on the glade was? I bought two, but they are only processing the rebate for one and I cannot find my February rebate book. TIA.

The Glade rebate limit was 4.

Yep it was 4, and my two offers that took forever to complete and completed last: Glade! So you may be waiting awhile. I think a lot of people had issues with it last month.

For my March ESR it says finalizing & all receipts are accounted for but missing theraflu & battery rebates. February & March are the only months I've ever had an issue with my rebates & hopefully they just show up in the next few days so I can claim them & have my $ for April sales. Does anyone know if you submit your final claim even with everything not showing up (justing hoping you'll get credit for it) & you don't actually end up with the rebate can you call & get it straightened out or would I need to return the product to Walgreens?
