Walgreens Sally Hansen nail polish, nail laquer, and lip gloss

At Wags today and they had certain types of Sally Hansen Nail polish 40% off priced at $1.57 & $1.37, I know it is an advertised deal. But, if you have any of the $1 or $.50 mq's, each price would be $.57 or $.37 or $1.07 & $.87. Also Sally Hansen Nail Laquer/Lip Gloss was on sale & there is an esq which made the price $1.59 so with once again if you have the $1 mq or $.50 mq your price would be $1.09 or $.59. My cashier was very unaware of how to handle the transaction and she tried to tell me I could not combine the esq with the mq. Funny thing it was right in front of her manager and he corrected her before I could even say a word.
