That's what I thought but I've read some people have problems because the register (or manager, cashier, whatever) read the BOGO for 2 items instead of one. I'll have fillers in there so that should help. But if I could use the BOGO, $4/off, and the ESR q, that would be so awesome

Just keep in mind, some stores will allow it , while others won't. It is strickly a YMMV
