specials that are advertised outside on either the electronic reader boards, or the reader boards outside the store that they have to change the ads on. ( signs outside the store )
The reader board ads run from Thursday - Saturday

As Irishlass said ...its the boards outside the stores....they usually have some pretty good deals on them too. These specials will not be included in the sale ads.

Not all Wags have these signage outside, especially if the store is still part of a strip mall. Also a local governance body often must approve these things. Milk is a common item I see programmed into these board, since some Wags want to be competitive with Aldi, I'm guessing.

I saw '12 pack of Angel soft for 2.99'. I am thinking it's not the double rolls? If not, then 12 double rolls was at target for 5.59 this week and that would be slightly cheaper. Of course at first I was like "HOLY COW" and almost crashed my car.
