Walgreens Check & Coupons in mail ? Anyone else ?

I received a $25 check in the mail yesterday for Walgreens good to be used on my next prescription.

Anyone else receive one ? Also there were 3 coupons that came w/ it. What triggers this ?

Could it be because we have no health insurance ? Is it just something they do randomly? I was just curious.

is the check to be used on your prescription or does it read that if you fill/transfer a prescription then they will put the validation code on the check and you can use it on what ever you want?

I am not really sure what triggers a person getting those.

I received this after I transferred my script to CVS. It is to be used when I transfer a script back to Wags. HTH

Cool, I have a Rx I transferred to Wags to get a GC, and am planning on transferring it to RA in Feb to get their GC....maybe I will be so lucky as to get this in the mail too, after I take it away from them.

Oh, i bet it's because i transferred a RX to Bakers in December. It says to be used on a prescription. Cool!

I transferred a RX back in December. However, in the fine print, it says that it cannot be used if you transferred a prescription there in the last six months! Ugh! Duhhh! Why would you send it to me then Wags?!?

i got one of those when my sister in law came to live with us. She did a change of address and this was a sort of welcome to the neighborhood deal.

I got one for 5.00 off of 20.00. It looked just like a check and she ran it thru as one. Just got it last week. It said a gift from Walgreens on the envelope.
