I was told at my small local Walmart they were given a memo yesterday to not allow manufacturerers coupons to be combined with easy saver coupons! I guess I won't be shopping there much anymore.
that article on ohio.com dated december 2008 says that the spokesperson for walgreens says you can use an IVC with a coupon. maybe print that out and show it to them? may or may not help

I only have one WAGS store to go to, so I need to fly under the radar. I find it varys from cashier to cashier- most of those that work during the day verbalize any excuse they can find not to take a certain Q. But those that work at night ring up the Qs and take them if the register doesn't beep.
I also used IVCs and MQ prior to August together without a problem. Then I was told my the managers at my store that there was a new memo from corporate and they couldn't take 2 MQ on one item anymore. I don't have any problem with a WAG Q and a MQ though.
When you have an overage due tot he coupons being more than the price of the item, you can always buy a pencil or small candy bar to eat up the overage and then you won't have a problem.
