The rebate form I have says purchase after 1-11-09 and must be postmarked before 4-11-09. If you missed the 31st deadline here is another one. This one is exactly the same but different dates

I was starting to worry as I was reading this thread because I didn't send mine in yet and I couldn't fine my info. I did finally find my info and it doesn't expire until 4/11/09. Then I was worried because I thought maybe I bought it before 1/11 but I bought it on the 14th.

I bought mine on the 7th before the Jan. rebate came out but didn't get it mailed in time for the Oct. rebate, was going to do the Jan rebate and then read the fine print saying it had to be bought after Jan 12, any suggestions? I already submitted my reciept for ESR.
