our ad says buy 3 for $10 on the kelloggs and get $3rr. I bought 3 frosted flakes used 3 $1q's and didn't get one. Manager said because I used q's. Anybody else buy 3 (or 4) frosted flakes and use the $1 q's and get a $3rr?

My ad says 4 for $10. I did the deal this morning bought 4 frosted mini wheats used 4 $1/1 Mq's and got the $3 register reward. Its probally because you only bought 3 boxes of cereal. If you have more Q's or if the store still has your Q's, I would go back return them and get a 4th box and you should then get your $3 RR.

I did 4 Kelloggs for $10 used coupons and got the $3RR.

I live in pr(Puerto Rico) our ad says buy 3 for $10 and get the $3rr but I didn't and asked the nice manager(some are a pain) he said because I used the q's. I have heard talk how the employees make up anything when your rr don't print...But I never had problems with this manager before, so I believed him when he told me this. I put back my theraflu and triaminic because I was afraid the same would happen.

Hi, Today I bought 3 bottles of Centrum vitamins for a total of $21. I then used 3 $3 coupons and paid $12. The ad had buy $20, get $10, Buy $10 get $5. I received no RR's. The manager stated that the coupons cancelled out the RR. Is this correct? So to receive RR's the final amount should be $20? Thanks in advance.

No the coupons did not cancel out the RR. Contact Catalina Company and they should take care of it for you.

Q: My RR/Catalina didn't print. What do I do ?
A1: The store will give you a form to fill out and mail in to catalina
A2: 1-888-8coupon, option 3
A3: use the online form: Contact | Catalina Marketing

Thanks irishlass! I called and they saw there was an error printing and that I should have gotten the $10 RR. So they will be sending me a coupon. Thank you again for all your help.

If I buy 4/$10 frosted mini wheats - (4)$1 =4/$6 Get $3RR, will I get the $3RR if I pay with the $5RR from the benifiber deal? Can I use the $5RR to pay for it since I am already using 4 MFR Q? Thank you for your help.

You will need a filler to use the RR.
