Did you ask for a GC for that amount? I've never been able to get a RC for the RR amount. :sad:

Hi. I just went to Walgreens today to take advantage of the John Frieda great RR deal. I had 3 coupons and had my $5 RR printed at the end. So that worked fine.
I had a second transaction with 2 bottles of St Ives body wash, each at $2.99 and get $2.99 in RR. I paid part of it with the $5 RR that I just got from John Frieda and paid the rest cash. Only 1 catalina RR printed for St Ives while I bought 2 bottles. I was expecting a $6 RR coupon but I got only one for $3. The cashier said it is because I paid part of the transaction with another RR. Is it true ? Anything I can do ?

The reason you didn't get 2 RR is because only 1 will print per transaction no matter how many you purchase. In order to get 2 RR you would have to split them up in 2 different transactions. IMO chalk it up to learning.

There are two Ecotrin RR's running;

$5 RR WYB 1 Ecotrin 81 MG, 365 ct
and
$5 RR WYB 1 Ecotrin 325 Mg, 300 ct

Can you get 2 $5 RR if you buy both in the same transaction?

Can you use the $5 RR from the 81 mg with a purchase that involves the 325 MG and get another $5 RR.

Anyone do this?

An other words are these treated as the same promo or two different triggers.

I don't think you would get 2 RR if you got both of them in the same transaction.
I also don't think you can "roll" the RR from one type of ecotrin to the other, since they are both ecotrin .

Has anyone else had trouble with the Dry Idea RR deal? I didn't receive my RR, so I brought it to the attention of the manager. She said it was because the combination of the manufacturer's coupon I used and the RR I would have received would have resulted in the Dry Idea being free. I told her this has never been a problem in the past. She said, "The manufacturers are setting it up that way now. They don't want people getting their products for free." She printed a RR by hand and gave it to me. She said, "I'll give it to you this time, but not in the future."
It would be disappointing if this is true. Half the fun of shopping at Walgreens is getting things free! :sad:

Nothing has change with the RR and using MQ on the transaction. There are those rare occasions when the MQ and the RR have the same code and that will affect the RR printing. But, you're the first to post a problem with this promo, so I don't think that's the issue. Did the manager take you to a different register to "print the RR by hand"? (I'm really not sure what that means, but I'm assuming s/he rang the product on a different register and gave you the RR that printed.) I'm thinking there was something wrong with the Catalina machine at the initial register.

I have several $3 RR from the Aquafresh RR last week.

1-What can I NOT use them to pay for ? Only Aquafresh? Or is there something else that it will restrict me? Like won't print RR for?

2-I think I understand the whole # of items=# of coupons, but if I choose to use the 3/$1 eco-bags, that will be 3 items w/ 1 coupon. Does the coupon attach to each so I can't use 1 eco-coupon & 2 RR? I will need separate items for any/all of the RR I choose to use?
