Thanks, I emailed Catalina a little while ago to see what they say. I can't easily just return them since I used coupons as well and that would get messy. Although I have been reading a lot of posts today about this and it seems to me that several people have had problems when they expect more than 2 RRs to print. But that just may be a fluke.

Also in my experience, returning or exchanging an item I've used coupons on has not been a problem whatsoever, but I understand your hesitation. Your store(s) may be different and of course one must factor that in too on the best option.

I went to get some of the skintimate and chapstick RR's going on and then I was told that I could not 'roll' my skintimate over into my chapstick, when it was a whole completely different order because the rr read 'on your next order' when this WAS my next order ..

is this true?

No, that is not correct. You can use the skintimate to pay for chapstick in a different transaction (with other items/fillers because the RR is for $3 and chapstick is $1.99).

Can you use 2 RR from a purchase of product A to purchase product B?
For example, if I have 2 $2 Chapstick RR, can I use both of those in the same transaction to make a new purchase over $4? (I know the new purchase must have 2 items if I use 2 RR.)

I was thinking the register would know I'm only supposed to have 1 of a certain RR, and not count the 2nd one....in the same way you can't roll RRs for the same product.

I used 29 edge/skintimate coupons last night in 1 transaction. The only issue is making sure you have a product for each coupon. So if you are using 29 rr's you need to buy at least 29 items...:smile77:

Does anyone know what the policy is on returning something from a purchase that I used a RR on?
