re: DEAD:Walgreens 1/4-1/10 (Ad Scans Enclosed) Reynolds wrap is another great deal. I believe that if you look at the preview ad scans for January 4th - for Walgreens. There is a coupon in there for Reynolds wrap to be .99 cents. When you go to check out, you can purchase the Reynold's wrap and hand them the coupon that will be in Sunday's flyer - this makes the reynold's wrap the sale price of .99 (this is a store coupon - that means it can be used in conjuction with a manufacturer's coupon) so then you will also hand them your $1.00 coupon, thus making the foil - .01 for you. It has been my experience, that you don't want to just buy this one item - it throws the computer in a whack - it's as if Walgreens owe's you a penny. So what I would do if I were you, would be to also purchase those January Easy Saver Catalog (found at front of store) free after rebate for the month - the makeup, orajel, etc... so you won't come out with a -.01 and cause chaos for the cashier who will probably get mad. That would be my recommendation. Hope some of this helps. The key is to start out small. When I started this - I would read all these pro's million scenarios on here - and wanted to do them all but would have no ECB"s or RR's or anything and I couldn't even understand the lingo - so the key is to start out small and then work your way up to challenging check-outs :) |
