just checking but as far as i can tell, the mq is actually only .25/1, at least this is true of my copy of ss 1/4/09. if this was in this thread, i apologize but i couldnt find any other mention of this in my search. thanks in advance!

It depends on the region of your paper. My OKC paper has .25 cent pamolive coupons but my Tulsa paper has .50 cent pamolive coupons. Nationally, we all don't receive the same coupons. Many times we won't even get a coupon that someone else regionally has received. I have to staple and clip my coupons seperately from my two different papers.

Thats why I ordered my .50 coupons last week for this sale (for the Palmolive). It must be a regional thing as Im in Ohio and never get the bigger amounts of coupons....

Has any else run into a limit of 2 when buying Garnier? This was before even trying to check out, I had loaded about 6 in the basket when the clerk said there was a limit.

Went to a 2nd one and got 16 with no problem, 3rd said limit 2 as well.

Anyone tried matching to Wal-Mart or Meijer?

I'm wondering how these couldn't have been programmed in since they were valid last week when the ESR book came out. You don't need a filler when combining Wags coupons with manufacturer's coupons; only when using an RR in the mix if you already have an equal number of mfq to the number of items.
I'm not sure what the cashier would have to do. There should be a button on the register for store coupons, so seems she would hit that and the amount of the IVC. Did you ask for a manager? They would, uh, rather should know what to do.

I went to 8 different walgreens yesterday and one of the stores said the same thing and had to type in 99 cents for each bottle and then I used the $1 manuf coupons but then the last one beeped so I told him to take off one of the garniers and so I still got them all for free.

I had one store's easy saver coupon not work about 5 months ago too on something (chocolate bars I THINK) even though it worked at every other store around me.

I haven't been yet but PMing won't do you any good. They will pm it at 2.99 because the ad states you need the ES q for the discount. You'll still end up paying $2 a bottle elsewhere...

I got 10 at 8 different stores (I didn't want to wipe out any one store too much) and no one said anything about a limit to me. There is no limit listed in the ad so it must have just been a limit your store decided to enforce.

I bought 30 at one time at my one Walgreens. They didn't say anything.

Now my other one now is enforcing a limit (a different one) said 2 there.

This is another one of those YMMV type things...as some stores enforce the limit and some do not.
