Free is fine. Sounds like most of you are saying it will work like CVS and the Schick razors ($.99 item, $1 coupon) so not until the last item with overage will it beep. So yes, I'll take free, but just wondered what to expect my total to be. Also to be sure I had enough to use my $4.50 RR I plan to earn on Listerine....such a game! LOL

FREE Colgate TP and TB to anybody that has an Albertson's!! In their ad this week (12/10 to 12/16) there is a Man Q for $1 off any 6.4 oz TP, or Professional or Wave TB. Actually there is 2 Q's, but one has an Albertson's logo on it so I assume that it can't be used. The Q found is from a smaller flyer that is inside the weekly ad, and it looks good to use (no store logo)!!

Yep it will beep unless you buy more of the item then the coupons are worth.
I just try to figure out how many of an item I need vs coupons to get the lowest oop.
99¢x5 boxes of turtles=4.95 I would use 4 coupons on this and pay 45¢ for 4 boxes

And also if I only take one turtle and give one Q, but buy some other stuff to take of the overage, I will be fine, won't I?

I think the coupon would beep as the turtles are 99¢ and the coupon is 1.50. that is why I always get more product and don't use as many couopns so I can get more cheaper since the coupons will beep.

The tinted moisturizer also counts as a foundation. In the 11/30 PG insert, there is a page that says "Save $13 off these products..." and it shows both the CG tinted moisturizer and Trublend bronzer. Since the only CG coupon in that insert is the buy a foundation, get a free face product, these two products must be covered by it (which is nice since they are the two I wanted - woohoo!)

Not in my area. A couple years ago, the registers wouldn't let me use a coupon over the price of an item.

Now the registers will allow you to get multiple items to count towards the coupons. You can only get overage on the same item, not a different item.

So if they are $.99 and my coupon is for $1.50, if I got two boxes my total would be $1.98 and I would be able to use one coupon -$1.50 and I would pay $.48.

So you just have to multiply it out to see how many gives you the lowest oop.

I've tried and tested this numerous times and found it to be true.

it will give it off to you. the MGR said i could get more than the limit of something and it went thru no problem. they didn't have to do anything to help it along. it just took it automatically.
