Yes, you may use the coupon from newspaper and redeem the $4 RR, but wouldn't be applicable for the rebate because you'll be needing to purchase nyquil or dayquil 40 ct pack or 10 oz 2 pack liquid.

buy the 2 nyquil.....$5.99x2=11.98 - $1.50x2 mfg coupons =$8.98
your oop will be $8.98 and you will get a $4RR and a free box of puffs for the other mfg coupon. So for $4.98 you get 2 nyquil and 1 box of puffs.
