Yes it's true. Employees are given 6 coupons to give to friends and family to use on Nov 21, Nov 22 and Nov 23.
You have to have the coupon to get the employee discount.
They will get 15% off their purchase, and 20% off Walgreen Brand items.

How does this 15% off affect the printing of RR's? I assume it shouldn't in the case of RR's like the Just for Men, Covergirl Lash Blast, Kellogg's Snacks since they are not buy $X amount?

it will not affect the printing of RR's. you will just pay less and still get the same $ amount on the RR.

If any of you have gotten a friends and family coupon and have questions, please post them here and I will try to help.

The 15% discount does come off the top, so instead of an item ringing 99¢ it will ring 85¢, $1.99---$1.69, $5.99---$5.09 and so on.

My favorite BA gave me three of these yesterday!!! I am SOOO excited! It was the boost I needed after some severe coupon/life burnout! I'm actually going to work on my coupons, etc this afternoon and start some lists.
**Note-these do say Use at Photo and Cosmetic registers only AND one will do ya...it also says...Use as often as you like November 21 through November 23, 2008. Hmmm, wonder why she gave me three of them. ?? Guess I'll be adding them to my have list also.

My aunt gave me one of her's! Now I just have to be patient until this weekend.

One question: Are you allowed to use this discount with rainchecks? I still have a couple from this summer for highlighters and paperclips. Didn't know if I could get them a litttle cheaper than the raincheck price or not.
