Sometimes takes longer than that to show up. I'd wait a little bit more. They will send you an email when it's been updated.

Did the cashier scan them or key them in by hand?

Are you sure the cashier didn't just manually give you the second $5 off when the register said the IVC had been used already and she could see that it was from a different rebate book?

The cashier scanned them in. She didn't say anything to me, and I had never heard that you couldn't use the IVS's if they had the same barcode, so I wasn't paying all that much attention. But, I do know for sure I used them and they didn't beep, and she didn't say a word to me about it. I did the same thing the previous month as well with the same results, at a different wags.

Another post said that ESC Customer Service had said that the UPC codes for the 33.8 oz shampoo and conditioner indicated that they did not qualify for the rebate. :shrug7:
I just called the toll-free ESC number and found ouy that the 33.8 oz rosemary mint shampoo and the 33.8 oz rosemary mint conditioner are qualifying items for the November $10 rebate - so FREE after the $5 December ESQ!!
